This full sized, 58 inch, ¾ connected cue is manufactured by Peradon in England of the highest grade, kiln dried, North American Ash and exotic ebony.

Manufacture and specifications

The shaft is carefully selected for strength and straightness before hand splitting the finest genuine ebony stump to the cue and shaping the cue to produce the signature four round point pattern of a hand split cue.

The four large ebony joints with Aqua veneer are then hand stitched to the ebony end before splicing a further small ebony splice and aqua veneer at the front. To reduce stresses to the beams, the cue is then molded over a period of time until the final conical shape is achieved, after which the numerous sanding and finishing processes are carried out to achieve a 'silk smooth' finish.

To avoid joint problems, the two sections of the 'quick action' joint are each precision turned from a single piece of solid brass and mounted exactly 16" from the end of the rod to get the shank length of 42".

The stock is finished with the signature Peradon York nameplate and 'quick action' stock end to accept the optional extensions on the 'related products' section of this page.

Extensions can be made in the connection in the cue or in the connection of the butt-end.

This cue has a solid brass ring and an Elkmaster point from 9 to 10 mm.
