The length is approximately 40 cm and the weight is 18 grams.
The only way to get this properly around the cue is the following:
1. Slide the rubber grip as far as possible over the top of the cue (cue tucked together).
2. Then, where the cue is thickest, roll the rubber upwards until there is a large roll of rubber.
3. Turn the rubber roller one turn (reverse). Roll the rubber roller down from the top (end) as far as you want the handle to be.
4. Then roll back and you're done.
