It is very easy to renew a sliding tip.

If, for example, a glued tip is off. Find the right size slide tip. You do this by measuring the diameter of the top of the cue. Then order that size sliding tip. When renewing a sliding tip: cut the sliding tip vertically with a knife. Then you can remove the sliding tip. If you look in the slide tip you will see the size in small.
