Keezen is a board game played with 4 to 6 players. The object of the game is to be the first to get your four pawns to their home base. The game is played clockwise. The player sitting to the left of the dealer starts. When playing with teams, your teammate must sit directly in front of you. In the beginning all pawns of all players are next to the game board

During the keezen game you can hit players if you land exactly on the square where another player is already standing. This player must then move his or her pawn to one of the four base spaces. In the game Keezen the rule applies: if you can throw up a card, you have to throw up the card. You may have to hit yourself because of this. Keezen is fun for young and old.
