How do you ship your billiard cue?

Pack your billiard cue carefully in a suitable tube or sturdy box. Ensure that the cue cannot shift and remains well protected during transport.

Upon receipt, we will inspect your billiard cue and carry out the agreed repair. When replacing your tip, we take care of the following:

• Removing the old cue tip.

• Preparing the bonding surface.

• Gluing the Kamui BLACK Original cue tip.

• Custom finishing the sides.

• Shaping the Cumberant.

We also check the condition of the keel cap. If additional work is required, we will discuss this with you first.

After the repair, we will send your billiard cue back well-packaged to the address you provided.

• Material : 10 layers of pigskin, specially selected and treated with an adhesive bond that preserves the properties of the leather. The black color is obtained by tanning the leather with tannin, which also makes the leather water-repellent.

• Origin : Developed in Japan.

• Hardness : The markings on the cue tip indicate the hardness:

  • SS (Super Soft) : Is often used by Libre and snooker players.

  • S (Soft) : Used for Libre and Cushion Carom, and for pool players who play casually.

  • M (Medium) : Used for Cushion Carom and Three-Cushion, and is also appreciated by pool players.

  • H (Hard) : Used for three-cushion billiards and pool players with a hard shot.
