Clean the top end/shaft.
If it is dirty (blue), you can clean it very well.
Use the No Blue sponge.
Our advice. Cut it into 4 pieces. Wet 1 piece under the tap and run it over your cue. The sponge absorbs the dirt. Dry the top end/shaft. And wait at least 2 hours. Then run the polishing paper over it.
Be sure to use the No blue conditioner afterwards. This protects your top end/shaft.
Apply some cream to the top end/shaft and let it absorb. After about 15 minutes, polish thoroughly with a dry cloth.
