The cloth is produced especially for you. Before production begins, you will first receive a digital proof. The billiard cloth will only be printed after your approval.

The ordering process involves several steps:

2. Place the order via our online store.

3. Send your logo, photo, text, or design to [email protected] .

4. Please provide your name and order number.

5. We check the quality of the file.

6. You will receive a digital proof for approval.

7. The billiard cloth will be produced after your approval.

8. The sheet will be shipped to you after production.

Do you not have a complete design yet? Then send the available logo, the image, desired text, and color preferences. We will review the possibilities with you.

Provide suitable files

For the best printing result, we prefer to receive a high-quality professional file.

Suitable file formats include:

• AI

• EPS

• Vector file

• Print-ready PDF

• high quality JPG

• High-quality PNG

A logo is best supplied as a vector file. This file can be enlarged without loss of quality.

Do you only have a JPG or a standard photo? Then send the file to us. We will check if the resolution is sufficient for the desired format.

First a digital test

Before the billiard cloth is produced, you will receive a digital rendering of the design. On this, you can check the placement, text, background color, and proportions.

Review the digital proof carefully. Production will only begin after you have approved the design.

Please note that colors on a screen may differ slightly from the colors on the final billiard cloth.

Professional installation available

A billiard cloth must be mounted taut and evenly. This ensures the design remains clearly visible and the pool table retains good playing characteristics.

Van den Broek Biljarts can professionally mount the printed cloth for you. Installation is available from €250 including VAT. The final price depends on the location, the type of table, and the work involved.

Important for a custom design

Before submitting a design, check whether:

• The image is sufficiently sharp

• All texts are spelled correctly

• The right colors have been chosen

• Do not place important parts too close to a strap or pocket

• You have permission to use the logo or the image

• The correct table size has been selected

Upon approval, the sheet will be produced specifically according to your design.
