Renting a pool table is certainly possible.

We supply a new pool table in the size 7 or 8 foot. We maintain the pool table with:

A new sheet once a year
6 cues with repair material
1 box of billiard chalk
1 set of pool balls
1 triangle
1 tarpaulin thick

Minimum rental period of 1 year. If the table does not yield enough return for the landlord, he can always dissolve the rental contract.

If the tenant wants to purchase the billiards themselves after 1 year, this is possible. Then the tenant receives a 10% discount on the purchase of the new price.

The rental area is 40 km around Almere. For longer distances, the percentage of rental income can be adjusted.
