How do you ship your billiard cue?

Upon receipt, we will inspect your billiard cue and carry out the agreed repair. When replacing the tip, we take care of the following:

• Removing the old cue tip.

• Preparing the bonding surface.

• Gluing the TAOM HEAT cue tip.

• Custom finishing the sides.

• Shaping the Cumberant.

We also check the condition of the keel cap. If additional work is required, we will discuss this with you first.

After the repair, we will send your billiard cue back well-packaged to the address you provided.
