Billiard chalk comes in different colors. The color of the billiard chalk basically says nothing about the quality. The color depends on the color of the billiard cloth. Red billiard chalk with red sheet. Blue billiard chalk with green sheet? This is because blue merges with the green sheet (neutralizes). There are different qualities of billiard chalk. There is chalk from hard to soft.
