Sure! Replacing a ferrule and fitting a new tip can also be arranged via shipping. Here is how the process works:
Placing an order : Select the desired repairs via the "cue repair" category on our website.
Sending your cue : Please send us your cue, along with a note with your name, address, email address and telephone number.
Repair : After receipt we will carry out the ordered repairs. If there are any ambiguities or additional repairs are required, we will contact you first.
Returns : After the repair we will send your cue or top end back to you insured. You will receive a track and trace code (note: this can end up in your spam box).
